How long does shipping take?

Unless stated otherwise in the product description, all items will be dispatched within 1-2 working days from the date of your order, using your chosen method of postage. UK delivery generally takes 2-4 business days, while international delivery generally takes 5-15 business days.

What is your returns policy?

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product(s) for a full refund of the item's price, or exchange, providing the item is undamaged and in its original packaging. You can return a product for up to 30 days from the date of purchase. Customised items are excluded from this, and are non-refundable. Do you supply other stores / offer wholesale rates?

If you would like to buy any of our products in wholesale quantities (from as little as 10+), we will be able to offer you discounted rates. We can also make arrangements if you would like to sell our items, with us handling stock, postage & so on, at an agreed fee.
